At Clarova.nl we care about your satisfaction and aim to make every shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or lost during shipping, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund — no return required.
To process your claim, please provide photo or video evidence of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If your order arrives in good condition but you’ve simply changed your mind, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund due to the high international shipping costs already incurred.
However, you may choose to return the item to your own address for resale or personal use.
Returning Items
If a return is approved, please make sure the following conditions are met to ensure smooth processing:
1. Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
3. Shipping Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and method, including handling customs clearance.
Please do not use delivery methods that require recipient-side customs clearance, as our warehouse cannot receive packages sent this way.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
